Red Arrow Energy, LLC was founded by R. Carter Overton, H. Brock Hudson, and Allen R. McGee who have worked together since 1994 sharing responsibility for CMR Energy, LP, Llewellin Operating Company, LLC, Llewellin Investment Company-Fund I, LP, JMI Energy, Inc., and Entre Energy Partners, LP, all of which were successful in carrying out business plans consistent with Red Arrow's Mission.
Red Arrow has a two-pronged investment strategy:
1. Classic acquire and exploit efforts focused on properties valued from $10MM to $75MM with an emphasis on Texas and the surrounding states.
2. Greenfield development projects located in many of the US onshore basins. Red Arrow typically avoids exploration risk, but is willing to commit substantial capital to drilling in proved and probable development and resource exploitation plays.
Red Arrow and its predecessors have participated in investments ranging from land-angel and lease-banking investments to providing development drilling capital on assembled projects. Red Arrow prefers projects that generate early-time cash flow, but when warranted, is willing to lease and shoot seismic in support of high quality prospects with strong industry partners. Red Arrow prides itself on its ability to make quick investment decisions and its reputation of creating innovative and flexible financial structures to address the needs of our industry partners.

- Commodity prices can and do affect asset values within the upstream space and Red Arrow will endeavor to build and harvest its assets throughout the commodity price cycle and with investment time horizons consistent with our investors' desires (3-10 years).
- Red Arrow's employees and valued business partners will be offered profit participation incentives commensurate to their contribution in meeting the company's goals.
