Robert Carter Overton, III, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Overton received his BBA in 1983 (Petroleum Land Management) and his M.B.A. in 1985 from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Overton is a director of the Terry Foundation, one of the largest college scholarship programs in the Southern U.S. He previously served on the Board of River Oaks Baptist School and continues to serve as a director of its Endowment Fund. Additionally he is a member of the Diaconate of River Oaks Baptist Church. He also served on the Board of The Kinkaid School. In 1997 he served as the President of the Houston Producers Forum and is a member of Texas Business Hall of Fame Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the Texas Business Hall of Fame in 2006. Mr. Overton served as President and CEO of JMI Energy, Inc. from its inception in 1994 through the sale to XTO in 2003. Prior to joining JMI Energy, he served in various capacities from 1985 to 1992 with Terry Petroleum; a well funded privately held oil and Gas Company in Houston. His last position with Terry was that of Executive Vice President. This company, through a joint venture with another large family-owned oil and gas company in Dallas, was involved in financing other companies' exploration and development programs using off-balance sheet vendor financing. Over $350 million was invested via this vehicle from 1983-1992 (major activity - 25 well programs in South Texas). From 1992 to late 1993, he started to build his own oil and gas acquisition company, Renaissance Resources, Inc. in which he still owns.

Currently, Mr. Overton serves as Chairman and CEO of Llewellin Operating Company, LLC, President of CMR Energy, L.P., and Chairman and CEO of Red Arrow Energy. Mr. Overton is an investor and owner in Red Arrow Energy. In this capacity Mr. Overton provides strategic leadership and direction to these entities. He is primarily responsible for business plan development and execution, including project generation and evaluation, contract negotiation, the hiring of all key personnel, and liaising with and reporting to the Board and Investor(s) for RAE.

Brock Hudson, Executive Vice-President

Mr. Hudson was involved in the day-to-day operations of JMI Energy since April of 2000. During that time he was instrumental in the execution of two company sale initiatives and hi-grading the JMI Energy portfolio of properties through a series of targeted divestitures involving over 250 wells. He was also involved in acquisition activities for JMI and Entre Energy Partners. Prior to joining JMI he served in various capacities from 1992 through 2000 at Torch Energy Advisors Incorporated, a large oil and gas asset management company with $1.8 billion in assets under management. His last position at Torch was Director of Domestic M&A. He also served as president of several subsidiary operating companies for which he had primary responsibility, including, Torch Royalty Company, Torch Capital Corporation and Sunset Services Inc. A significant focus of Mr. Hudson's work at Torch was finding and creating exit strategies for the institutional limited partners in the various Torch funds. To that end he had primary responsibility for the creation of two publicly traded royalty trusts. Mr. Hudson began his career as an energy lender with predecessors of Bank of America where he financed public and private oil and gas companies from 1986-1992. Mr. Hudson received his B.S. in 1983 from Stanford University (Earth Sciences) and his M.B.A. in 1985 from the University of Texas. Mr. Hudson currently serves as Executive Vice-President for Llewellin Operating Company, LLC and is responsible for the acquisition and evaluation activities of the partnership as well as financing and overseeing all partner matters, bringing finance and transaction related experience to the partnerships investments.

Currently, Mr. Hudson serves as Executive Vice President of Red Arrow Energy. Mr. Hudson is an investor and owner in Red Arrow. He is responsible for the coordination of all business development efforts of RAE. He will be the primary contact for joint venture partners and will lead many of the due diligence efforts for future acquisitions and projects.

Allen McGee, CFO and Secretary

From 1999 through 2004 Mr. McGee served as CFO of JMI Energy with primary responsibility for financial reporting and the oil and gas accounting function for JMI Energy, Entre Energy Partners, Llewellin Operating Company and Owl Creek Production Company. Mr. McGee began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1971 in auditing. He then served three years at Gulf Oil Corporation with his last position being Director of Financial Accounting for Gulf Oil Refining and Marketing. He then served for two years as CFO for a small E&P company, Pexco U.S.A. In addition to managing the internal affairs of the company, he handled the partnership reporting associated with a $25 million limited partnership fund raised by E.F. Hutton for use by the company for exploration purposes. From 1984 to 1987, Mr. McGee served as the Controller for Williams Exploration Company. From 1987 until 1998 he owned and managed a private accounting practice. This firm specialized in both tax and financial accounting for privately held firms; principally oil and gas companies and family estates with major holdings in oil and gas and real estate. In 1994, McGee & McGee began performing the accounting function for Owl Creek Production Co., Inc. and JMI Energy. Mr. McGee received his BBA from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. McGee currently serves as CFO for Llewellin Operating Company, LLC where he coordinates the accounting and administration of the partnership's assets and its financial reporting requirements.

Mr. McGee is an investor and owner in Red Arrow Energy. He is in charge of all accounting and financial reporting for RAE. Mr. McGee has over thirty years of experience in oil and gas and business management. He has been responsible for a wide range of activities, including financial planning, accounting, contract administration and compliance, insurance, bonds, audits and supervision of contractors.

Art Alacron, Manager of Drilling

Mr. Alarcon has been working in the oil and gas industry for the last twenty-six years and is the Drilling Manager for Red Arrow Energy, LLC. Mr. Alarcon also serves as Drilling Manager for CMR Energy, where he has drilled +/- 50 wells from 2005-2008. Mr. Alarcon possesses extensive knowledge in project management, well construction and production operations. He has worked in south Texas, the Texas Gulf Coast, east Texas and has worked internationally in Venezuela, Argentina and Baku, Azerbaijan. Mr. Alarcon will serve as Drilling Manager and will devote much of his time to the operations of the Company. He will be an instrumental member of the Operations Team. Prior to joining the Red Arrow team Mr. Alarcon served in a number of capacities, as Project Manager and Drilling Manager, for Schlumberger and its clients. Prior to joining Schlumberger, Mr. Alarcon worked as Operations Manager for Lobo Operating, Inc. and was responsible for approximately 150 wells from south Texas to eat Texas. He worked in Laredo, Texas as an Independent Consultant Operations Engineer. He designed, planned and executed projects for local operators in the Lower Wilcox formation. From 1982 to 1987 Mr. Alarcon was employed by Texas Drilling Co. and worked as a Drilling and Production Engineer in Laredo, Texas. In 1981 Mr. Alarcon began his career in the oil patch as a Drilling Engineer for GHR Energy, Inc. supporting an 11-rig operation. Mr. Alarcon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981.




Rob Nielson, Manager of Land

Mr. Nielson is a Certified Professional Landman with 20 years industry experience throughout the Gulf Coast and Mid-Continent. He will be a key member of RAE's due diligence team and will serve as RAE's Land Manager. Rob is also Manager of Land for CMRE. Prior to coming to work with CMRE, Mr. Neilson owned Neilson Company Inc., where he consulted for various client's acquisitions, divestitures, exploration and exploitation and mid-stream operations. Clients included Calpine Natural Gas, Total, Chalker Energy and Rainier Exploration. Prior to Neilson Company, Mr. Neilson worked as an in-house Landman for Miller Exploration Company, SCANA Petroleum Resources and Torch Energy Advisors. Mr. Neilson started his land career as a Field Landman, working for Edwin T Neilson, Jr., an attorney in Mississippi. Mr. Neilson graduated with a BBA – Petroleum Land Management from the University of Mississippi in 1987. He is a Certified Professional Landman.








Mike Hoffman, Manager of Geosciences

Mr. Hoffman will devote most of his time helping both the RAE due diligence team screen deals and the RAE operating team in selecting and monitoring drilling locations, once properties are acquired.

Mr. Hoffman was one of the first persons hired by Mr. Overton, when he was charged with building CMRE as an operating company to manage the mineral rights acquired beneath a very large ranch in south Texas. Mr. Hoffman has tremendous experience working close-in geology and geophysics, particularly for Cretaceous aged rocks. Mr. Hoffman will spend about 75% of his time on RAE and 25% overseeing CMRE's continuing drilling program from a G&G perspective. Prior to his work at CMREY, Mr. Hoffman was one of three geologists generating geologic drilling ideas for Bulldog. Bulldog assembled smaller drilling projects and sold them to the industry. Mr. Hoffman was hired by JEI in 2001, to assist JEI in the exploitation of a significant field covering 50,000 contiguous acres in northern Louisiana. The field had over 100 wells, most with behind-pipe reserves. Mr. Hoffman oversaw a major study of this field and initiated the drilling of 30 infill Cotton Valley wells. Mr. Hoffman also worked-up and oversaw many other drilling projects within the JEI portfolio. From 1981 to 1996, Mr. Hoffman was the Chief Geologist for the Templeton Drilling Funds. This entity drilled over $200MM worth of wells in the southern US and Appalachia. TGX employed in excess of 50 employees and during the post 1984 industry slow down, slowly converted from sponsoring drilling programs to sponsoring income funds. Mr. Hoffman obtained a BS in Geology from Northern Illinois in 1976, and is a Certified Petroleum Geologist.


Tereasa Montemayor, Reservoir Engineer

Mrs. Montemayor is a Reservoir Engineer for Red Arrow Energy, LLC, and has over fifteen years of varied experience in the oil and gas industry covering evaluation, problem solving and project administration. Mrs. Montemayor also serves as the reservoir engineer for CMR Energy, L.P. Tereasa's efforts have been both in an office environment and at the wellsite requiring a broad base of expertise in petroleum engineering, vendor and client administration, detailed analysis of technical data and performance standards and the generation of reports and presentations. Mrs. Montemayor's successful performance has required flexibility, commitment to self education, personnel management, teamwork and time/cost management skills. Prior to joining Red Arrow, Mrs. Montemayor served as a consulting Petroleum Engineer for the firm of PGH Engineers, Inc. specializing in oil and gas expert witness matters before state and district courts. From 1992 to 1995, Mrs. Montemayor was employed as an Engineer for Platt, Sparks, & Associates where she performed regulatory compliance responsibilities for clients for the Texas Railroad Commission and worked in a team environment providing expert witness testimony on oil and gas litigation. Mrs. Montemayor began her career in the the oil and gas industry as an Engineer working for the Terry Companies, where she was responsible for year-end reserve and economic evaluation on all operated and non-operated properties. Mrs. Montemayor received her Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas in 1994. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Mrs. Montemayor will be responsible for reserve qualification for Red Arrow Energy and is a key member of the due diligence team, working closely with the G&G and Operations staff to identify exploitation opportunities for the Company.

Jim Cook, Manager of Operations

Mr. Cook, Manager of Operations and Production for Red Arrow Energy, LLC, has been employed in the oil and gas industry for thirty-six years. Mr. Cook is a veteran of the oil patch with extensive experience in all phases of drilling and completing operations. Mr. Cook also serves as the Manager of Operations and Production for CMR Energy, L.P. where he demonstrates a hand-on approach in the day-to-day operations of its south Texas project. Prior to joining CMR and Red Arrow, Mr. Cook served as Operations Manager for J.M. Huber Corporation for Offshore, south Texas and south Louisiana, and the Gulf of Mexico. From 1992 to 1997 Mr. Cook served in several capacities while at Scana Petroleum Resources, Inc. Jim was Senior Staff Operations Engineer Offshore, Offshore Production Manager, Manager of Producing Operations and Offshore Operations Manager. Prior to his days at Scana, Mr. Cook worked as Operations Manager at The Terry Companies, as Manager, Production and Drilling Operations at Williams Exploration Company, and as Drilling Specialist/Engineer at Cities Service Company. Mr. Cook received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1971 utilizing the GI Bill and active participation in the Reserve Aviation Unit NAS Dallas, TX. Mr. Cook was enlisted in the Marine Corp. He was awarded NDSM, Vietnam and Campaign Medals, 14 Air Medals, Bronze Star with Combat V and received Theater Promotion to Captain.





Sarah Jane Sengelmann, Analyst

Ms. Sengelmann joined Llewellin in June of 2004. At the time JMI Energy, Inc. was in its harvesting phase, while Llewellin was in its initial start-up phase. After joining Llewellin, Ms. Sengelmann also assisted in Acquisition activities with Entre Energy Partners and CMR Energy, L.P. Ms. Sengelmann earned a double Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in 2003 and that following summer completed the Summer Business Institute at SMU Cox School of Business. She also earned a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from St. Edward's University, Acton MBA Program in Austin, TX in May 2004. She currently serves as an executive member of the Young Professionals Committee for Casa de Esparanza, sits on the Young Professionals Board for Arte Publico, Pinata Books, and is a board member of Young Texans Against Cancer.

Currently, Ms. Sengelmann serves as a financial analyst for Llewellin Operating Company and Red Arrow Energy, spending most of her time analyzing future acquisition targets for the Red Arrow. She also assists Red Arrow and certain of its' affiliated companies with Land Administration and Partner coordination reporting.





Becky Mees, Executive Assistant

She began her career in the oil and gas industry in 1978 with The Coastal Corporation where she worked in the Land and Drilling Departments. Mrs. Mees was employed at North Central Oil Corporation in the Land and Executive Departments for 16 years until the company was sold in 2001. Prior to joining the team at Llewellin Operating Company, LLC, Mrs. Mees gained exposure to other disciplines of the industry such as refining, marketing and pipeline measurement while working for Giant Industries, a large refining company with its home office in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Hanover Measurement Services in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Mees graduated from Bish Mathis School of Business in Monroe, Louisiana

Mrs. Mees serves as the executive assistant to both the CEO/Chairman and the President of Llewellin Operating Company, LLC, CMR Energy, and Red Arrow Energy.
