Red Arrow Energy is a private oil and gas company, formed in 2006. Our Mission is to generate our Investors acceptable rates of return on their risk capital by making and managing direct investments in the upstream energy space in North America.

Our Goal is to create value through acquiring quality properties and enhancing them through operational and technical proficiency. We are hopeful that through our flexible equity structure, we will fulfill a needed void in the marketplace for projects in the $10MM to $50MM range. The Company has firm commitments of equity from EnCap, certain high-net worth family offices, and other institutional investors.
